  • "Lightweight ceiling material" is less likely to fall compared to standard ceiling materials and, even if they do fall, minimize damage to people and property.
  • "Nonflammable sheet flameproof hanging wall" made from fire-resistant sheets, which are less likely to break than conventional glass and are approximately 1/10 the weight of traditional solutions.

  • "Sandy Aramid Mesh Method Sheet" for newly built concrete that prevents delamination and controls surface cracking near the concrete surface.

  • "High-transparency, heat-reflective insulating film" that allow natural light in while achieving energy savings.
  • "Thermal barrier solvent paint" that reflects heat in the near-infrared range effectively, suppressing temperature increases on the painted surface and heat penetration into the interior.
  • "Tent awning fabrics" with multi-functional properties such as weather resistance, UV protection, flame retardancy, waterproofing, stain resistance, and heat insulation.

R&D and Technological Capabilities

Our development is based on R&D conducted in our laboratories and manufacturing plants.

For example, Our “Lightweight ceiling material” balances rigidity, thermal insulation, non-combustibility, and sound absorption while remaining lightweight, which required considerable development effort. Through extensive research, we arrived at a method of pressing resilient vertical nonwoven fabric used in mattresses with fireproof glass cloth, creating a combination of different materials. This product is now widely adopted in large commercial spaces such as airports and gymnasiums where ceiling collapse prevention is legally required.

Beyond “Lightweight ceiling material”, many innovative products developed with our technological expertise, such as “Nonflammable sheet flameproof hanging wall” created in response to secondary disasters during the Great East Japan Earthquake, are in use across various locations.
