We provided our Oil adsorbent nonwoven material to the government of the Republic of Mauritius during the oil spill incident off the coast of Mauritius.

Our "Oil adsorbent nonwoven material", developed with Teijin's unique technology, boasts high oil absorption performance, capable of absorbing approximately 25 times its own weight. For instance, 100 sheets of the product (each measuring 50cm x 50cm, roughly equivalent to one cardboard box) can absorb about 170 liters of oil, which is equivalent to approximately 9.5 18-liter poly tanks.

It was donated to the government of the Republic of Mauritius during the oil spill incident off the coast of Mauritius in 2020. We donated 500kg of the product (with an oil absorption capacity of about 10 tons). In addition to managing oil spills in factories and restaurants, Our "Oil Adsorbent Nonwoven Material" also contributes to protecting the beautiful seas of the world.
